Greenhouse gases, the main cause of global warming, are generated largely in energy sector. As need for technology that has reduced greenhouse gas emissions while producing is on an increase, CCU technology, which uses CO2 to produce CH4 (SNG energy, synthetic natural gas), drawing attention. Thus, reaction converting at a specific temperature using catalyst methanation. The field methanation been actively studied, and many studies have conducted enhance activity catalysts. However, there lack research variables may appear when attempted containing from industrial fields bio-plants. According previous studies, it reported realistic feed gases gasification or biomass plants contain significant amount CO. this study follow-up focused application various real processes. In reaction, was efficiency durability CO can coexist inlet rather than H2 gas. observed 200–350 °C 0–15% coexisted Ni-Ce-Zr catalyst, operating were set optimal SNG production. result adjusting ratio increase yield produced gas, final conversion 83% 97% (with 15% 280 °C) obtained. addition, catalytic surface analysis performed by exposing during 24 h. It showed high excellent stability. results be used as basic data applying actual process.
